Q:How do I purchase an item?
If your not familiar with shopping in my online store, follow the easy steps on how to purchase. If you have added an item(s) to your cart, click "checkout" IF Google Checkout is NOT your Choice of payment click "continue" in order to have other payment options.

Q:Is the checkout secure?
YES! I pay extra money per year for a SSL for your protected security, (and mine). On any page of my site, look at the bottom left red logo, Comodo authentic and secure services. Plus you can click on the Authorized.net logo to see that I am verified.

Q:How do you rate the condition of the vintage clothing?

Q:My internet browser is Safari and I can't checkout.
If your internet browser is Safari and your having trouble in the checkout. The techinical team is currently working diligently on it. However you need your vintage! Please phone your orders in and I will process it quickly.

Q:Do you have a catalog available?
I do not have a mail order catalog, however, I am starting an online catalog by fashion era's.

Q:Where do you ship?
I ship World Wide! All International Customers need to view my policies and rates for shipping. World Wide Shipping. Overnight shipping is available see checkout, shipping quote for charges. We ship all over the globe to Canada, The United Kingdom, Australia, Europe, Japan and Asia.

Q:When do you ship?
I usually ship you order the same day or next day!, depending on what time of day your order was placed.

Q:What items have I missed that you already sold?

Q: How do I fill my shopping cart?
In order to fill your shopping cart here at Sydney's Vintage Clothing, follow these easy steps. Choose the one of a kind item that you have finally found on your vintage treasure hunt. Click onto the "add to cart" button. And this will then give you the option to continue shopping or checkout. Be sure and to fill the cart up, I love to combine shipping! Then once you have finished your vintage clothing & accessory treasure hunt, you can checkout.

Q: My order was declined, what do I do now?
In keeping great security for your protection and mine, your SHIPPING address MUST match your BILLING address on your credit card statement. Otherwise it will be declined. SO make sure both matches and we both will be happy! If your having problems with the shopping cart not letting you checkout please contact me.

Q: I am looking for a special item, do you have it in stock?
I have a massive inventory of vintage clothing & accessories. When I say massive I mean something like 5000 items! So if your looking for something in particular and don't see it here in my store, then email me and ask email me. I also have "Live Help" available.

Q: How can I know about special discounts & latest news?
Stay informed! I have private sales for my customers. I give some generous discounts when I have private sales. I do NOT bug you with allot of email, maybe once or twice a month. I do NOT give out your email address. So sign up for the Newsletter over on the right side column.

Q: What form of payment do you accept?
I accept Google Checkout, Credit Cards, Paypal and Money Orders. I also accept money orders. Do you accept personal checks? Sorry but no checks, please.

Q: What about International Customers?
I welcome International customers. I ship Worldwide!I only ship USPS Global Priority Shipping. Unless it is over 4 lbs. Then I ship USPS Airmail Parcel Post. Click here for more information on International Shipping.

Q: What is your return policy?
I try to describe ALL of my items in great detail. I am not perfect, and if I see that it was not described accurately before shipping it, I will email you and tell you. I do accept returns under strict conditions: The customer must notify me within 3 days of receiving the item. The item must be shipped in the same undamaged condition, within 3 more days of the notification. The customer has to have the seller's permission to return the item. If permission is denied, and the customer returns it any way, there will NOT be a return given.

I do NOT accept returns on overnight shipments, if you have your order shipped overnight, ALL SALES FINAL, NO EXCEPTIONS.

As for non fit, IF I have mismeasured your item, I will accept a return, under the following conditions, otherwise it is up to you the customer to follow the "How to Measure" to determine fit. If you receive an item and claim that it is measured wrong, you must lay it on a flat surface, with a measure tape across it, take a digital picture and email the picture to me before I will accept a return. Sorry but I do not "rent" my vintage clothing!


The return policy is ONLY good for U.S. customers, no returns or refunds for International customers.
I do NOT refund shipping cost. I am not responsible for lost packages. All returns are subject to a 50% re-stocking fee, discretion is up to the management of Sydney's Vintage Clothing. This is a case by case and an in-store credit may be given at the discretion of Sydney's Vintage Clothing.
Please check out my feedback on Ebay, SydneysVintageClothing seller. I have outstanding rating and great REPEAT customers. So more than likely this is not a problem, just the fine print.

Q: Can I stop by Sydney's Vintage Clothing Store when visiting your area?
I am an online web store only. I would love one day to have a brick and mortar store for you to visit, but at this time I do not.  We opened a store in Auburn, Alabama, 169 S. Gay Street.  Near the University!

Q: Do you have a make an offer option?
If you are purchasing multiple items and would like to discuss a make an offer option on the price, email me. But please keep the offers reasonable (close to the listed price). Also I continually offer specials, see the special promotions page!

Q: Do you sell Vintage Clothing Wholesale?
If you are a dealer and looking for wholesale vintage clothing, email me and let me know the specifics of what your looking for contact us. .

Q: How will I know if it will fit?
A note about Vintage Clothing: All of my items are worn, not new unless otherwise noted. When buying vintage clothing please do not expect them to look brand new out of a department store. All items will need to be cleaned and I try to accurately describe every item with great detail. I am not an expert so please ask any & all questions before bidding. I have GREAT feedback on Ebay so you can buy with confidence and know that I make every effort to provide quality merchandise. Please note all items are laid flat and measured to the fullest fit, then multiplied by 2 (X2). Please measure a similar garment of yours that currently fits, and compare the measurements. Please note that you will need 'ease' or 'moving around room' between your measurements and those of the garment so that the garment will fit and you can move easily. Q: Why are your prices so cheap?
Since I have opened my online vintage clothing store, I have been asked this question over and over through emails. So I have decided to address it here. I am here to SELL! Not for me to simply display my inventory and let my customers ohh & ahh over the items! I have over 5000 feedbacks on Ebay, and your buying quality vintage clothing & accessories. I simply want to move the items, not store them. So there, I hope this explains why I offer such great deals!! (not that I mind email questions!!)
