By checking the box, Yes, I (the customer) understand there is a (3) three day return policy for an exchange only or in-store credit only and NO REFUNDS. I also agree to these terms and conditions given in great detail listed below. 

Sydney's Vintage Clothing only ships USPS priority. International customers are welcome, Sydney's Vintage Clothing will ship Global, Express, Priority or Airmail. You will see that Sydney's has a flat rate shipping set up for International customers and see that it gets cheaper with the more items that you purchase. See International Shipping. Sydney's Vintage Clothing does offer insurance, Sydney's Vintage Clothing is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. Sydney's Vintage Clothing reserves the right to have an International Customer use a traceable shipping method.

Sydney's Vintage Clothing reserves the right to cancel any and all orders, upon the owners discretion.

A note about Vintage Clothing: All of my items are worn, not new unless otherwise noted. When buying vintage clothing please do not expect them to look brand new out of a department store. All items will need to be cleaned and I try to accurately describe every item with great detail. Sydney's Vintage Clothing is not an expert so please ask any & all questions before purchasing. Sydney's Vintage Clothing has GREAT feedback on Ebay, Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus,  so you can buy with confidence and know that Sydney's make every effort to provide quality merchandise.

Sydney's Vintage Clothing tries to describe ALL of my items in great detail. Sydney's Vintage Clothing is not perfect, and if Sydney see's that it was not described accurately before shipping it, we will email you and tell you. Sydney's Vintage Clothing does accept returns under strict conditions: The customer must notify me within 3 days of receiving the item. The item must be shipped in the same undamaged condition, within 3 more days of the notification. The customer has to have the seller's permission to return the item. If permission is denied, and the customer returns it any way, there will NOT be a return given.  No refunds, in-store credit only or exchange, no exceptions.

I do NOT accept returns on overnight shipments, if you have your order shipped overnight, ALL SALES FINAL, NO EXCEPTIONS.

As for non fit, IF Sydney's Vintage Clothing has mismeasured your item, Sydney's will accept a return, under the following conditions, otherwise it is up to you the customer to follow the "How to Measure" to determine fit. If you recieve an item and claim that it is measured wrong, you must lay it on a flat surface, with a measure tape across it, take a digital picture and email the picture to me before I will accept a return. Sorry but Sydney's Vintage Clothing online store does not "rent" our vintage clothing!

The return policy is ONLY good for U.S. customers, no returns or refunds for International customers.
Sydney's Vintage Clothing does NOT refund shipping cost. Sydney's am not responsible for lost packages. All returns are subject to a 50% re-stocking fee, discretion is up to the management of Sydney's Vintage Clothing. This is a case by case and an in-store credit may be given at the discretion of Sydney's Vintage Clothing.
Please check out my feedback on Ebay, SydneysVintageClothing seller. Sydney's has an outstanding rating and great REPEAT customers. So more than likely this is not a problem, just the fine print.
