Description

Thanks for shopping in my online vintage clothing store, here is a great vintage black velvet hat with satin and netting on it. The hat has different panels of saitn and velvet on the top of the hat with a black netting to come down in the front. Please note that the inside of the hat has a netting for the form of the hat and there are several holes in the netting but does not go all the way through and doesn't hurt the appearance of the hat. Please see pictures for the damage. Across the outer opening is 8" for size purposes.
