Thanks for shopping in my online vintage clothing store, here is a fantastic winter white wool ladies hat with rhinestone accent. Velvet winter white ribbon on the brim and a bowand also netting for an elegant appeal. The ribbon has a rhinestone jewel accent. The inside label reads Powers Minneapolis which was known as Powers Merchantile Company. If you couldn't find it there perhaps you shouldn't wear it was the ad! The inside circumference is 22".
