Thanks for shopping in my online vintage clothing store, here is a great vintage 40's blue velvet ladies hat. Sapphire blue velvet to go with gorgeous vintage 30's or 40's dresses! Around the top edge the fabric has a braid weave to the design and one side of the front has a gold tone metal jewelry piece on the hat. The inside lining is a silky lining. The inside measurement from side to side is 7".
