Offering you a fabulous vintage 1960s bright water color dress suit from the California designer Herbert Owen. Talk about brighten up your day and everybody else's day that you come in contact with, this cheery single breasted suit will do the job! Three covered buttons down the front for closure. Hot pink, two tone turquoise, red and lime green splash of water color designs in the rayon and linen blend fabric. Pencil style skirt to match to complete the fully lined suit.
