Description

Here is a fabulous vintage 60's deep navy blue Mad Men style ladies cocktail dress. Ladies this is an exceptional vintage cocktail dress with a scoop neckline that is notched in the cut of the neckline. Tapered elbow length sleeves and covered buttons down the front of the dress right past the waist. Fitted bodice with a semi A-line skirt. Hidden pockets at the waist. String belt loops but no belt.
I did a little research for the designer Grobe' and found this dress pattern from a Sept 9, 1960 newspaper. Send one dollar and get a dress pattern the article reads! Please note there is a small run in the fabric on the front of the skirt, really have to be close up to notice. Also there is a pick in the fabric on the front of the bodice, see pictures.
