If you are looking for a great vintage black straw hat to go with summer dresses then this is the one for you. Light weight straw woven together for this great hat. This would be great to top off a little black summer vintage dress. There is a small bow on the brim for added accent. Please note this one needs to sit on a hat form to regain its shape some, it is fine when worn but wrinkled when not on your head. The circumference of the inside of the hat measures 21". {literal}{/literal}
