Thanks for shopping in my online vintage clothing store, here is a fabulous vintage 40's royal blue hat with a feather and jewelry pin on the brim. The jewelry brooch has four Aurora Borealis rhinestones in it with a royal blue feather peeking out from it. Please note the feather is broken in half, still attached together but it is broken. Can be repaired? Soft royal blue wool fabric. Sold as is, no returns, all sales final. The circumference of the inside of the hat measures 22". {literal}{/literal}
