Up for your consideration is a great vintage deep navy blue school girl dress with white top stitching for detailing. Drop waist style in the cut of the dress with buttons in the front down to the waist for closure. Winged collar with top stitching on it and down the front, also on the cuffs. The drop waist skirt is pleated giving the dress a school girl fashion style.
