Short sleeve with almost off the shoulder style to the scoop neckline area with a fitted waist band. The skirt is pleated at the waist and the back of the dress has a pleated bustle for more detailing. This one is great for the Mad Men party dress or whatever social event you may have on your calendar. Zips down the back for closure.
