This is a beautiful navy blue formal evening dress. The dress is sleeveless and has a jewel neckline. Sheath silhouette and the skirt is floor length. There is a band of rhinestones that go completely around the waist. The back goes down in a V shape and it is open. There is a large bow on the back of the waist and it zips in the back.
