Short sleeve with elastic in the cuffs and on the shoulders, could be worn on the shoulders or off the shoulder. Fitted bodice with accent gathered pleating at the bust. Long flowing tot eh floor skirt. Great for pool side patio parties, cruise wear, beach, etc.
